FTP crashing

I'm have a problem where the game monitor randomly starts refusing FTP connections. I have to do a bounce of the monitor to get ftp working again. Happens every few days, maybe more often but that's about how often people complain.

 

Sometimes the whole monitor is froze up and it won't allow for games to be managed.

 

Anyone else experienced this and have a solution?
