Easy now. Let's not make a bad first impression to a new member. If you have an issue with a provider, as was seen in the thread on this forum, there are plenty of others. We all have our own opinions, and are entitled to them. Where's our sense of humor fellas?

Depends, is that your flagship drug that you recommend to all your customers? Did he say it sucked publicly in front of you and your customers? Does his insulting the quality also question the health of the animals you treat?

 

If the answer is yes, then by all means you should standup to him and tell him he is sadly mistaken.
