CSS and mani admin

I'm trying to get mani admin on a clients CSS server but its not working. iv already placed all the mani admin files in his gameserver directory but its not wanting to work ingame. does anyone know how to get this to work?

Have you created the VDF file?

Use http://mani-admin-plugin.com/mani_admin_plugin/vdftool/CreateVDF.zip Then put the VDF it Creates into "Addons" Folder , Then Restart your Server ,

Ok, Once my clients do this will Mani Admin work for there servers?
