Blank TF2 Logs?

I've noticed a few of my tf2 servers create logs, but they are blank.

Doesn't matter what log settings I change it doesn't seem to work. In rcon it says that logging is turned on and it says it's logging to a file as well.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
