Hi Guys,

 

This is gonna sound stupid but when adding the server to whmcs is it the remote/master server i want the game to go onto or is it where the tcadmin hosting panel is installed?

 

When i set the ip to be the tcadmin hosted webpanel it says could not find the billing api and when i set it to the master server it comes up with a curl error saying could not connect to host.

WHMCS needs to talk to your TCAdmin web panel site.

Well its saying it cant find the billing API.

 

The tcadmin webpanel was bought from tcadmin and set up by them. Worth asking them to take another look?

You should add your master server ip to the WHMCS control panel.

 

Also ensure you have the IP address of the web server where your whmcs system is hosted is listed in the "Billing API Settings" section, and that they are enabled.

 

(System Settings -> Plugin Manager -> Game Server Automation -> Billing API Settings (Towards Bottom)
