How to buy Server License?

hello guys could someone help me out. i need to know how, if possible, you can get a server hosting license if you don't have an accepted credit card and no paypal or other such account.

the thing is, i'm in Pakistan and trying to set up some game servers, but finding an accepted credit card is proving very difficult and paypal does not have services in Pakistan.

so could you please help me out.

I guess you can maybe mail them a money order? Might need to ask ECF.

Visa & Mastercard are both available in Pakistan, just by a simple google search it showed it was available in your country.
