VicToMeyeZR Posted July 21, 2008 Share Posted July 21, 2008 I know my issue is probably one little setting somewhere, but since I am brand new to these two systems, I am trying to figure it all out. OK.... Occasionally when someone signs up on the site, the auto start does work. It enables the server, and sends them and activation email. MOST of the time(99%) it does not. (Actually I have only seen it work once). BUT if I go into the user profile in CE, and add a package, and click activate, it works every time.... Anyone with ideas, would be greatly appreciated. Kuwl Posted July 22, 2008 Share Posted July 22, 2008 What I would do is make sure that you have Order Processor set up so that whenever you receive an order, and after you receive payments, your clients and their packages will be activated.
