Login error

Ive had TCAdmin up and running for over 6 months. Last night a defragged the machine as usual and rebooted.

 

All of the game servers came back up but i cant login to the control panel. Here is the error i get

 

"Could not communicate with the master server."

 

Any assistance would be helpful.

well i started the monitor in console mode and i see the problem.

 

When it strts it checks the license first of course. Then gives an error "cannot communicate with master server. Your DEMO license has expired"

 

The weird thing is im not using a demo license and i know my license has not expired as it claims.

You should put in a ticket on this, although the likely problem is a firewall as something is blocking your communication with the tcadmin liscence server.
