CoD4 "Create A Server"?

So, under GameInstalls, I put all the necessary files/folders for a CoD4 server. But under "Create a Game and Voice Server" - CoD4 does not appear.

 

I have it under Supported Game List. What else do I need to do?

Make sure it selected as a allowable install.

 

Admin Home > System Settings > Servers > Server Details/Allowed Installations:
