I have a Problem since the last Beta Update.

 

Iam always getting a Mail, when a User or a Admin replay to a Ticket. I dont know whats wrong cause before i updated i only get a Mail when a Ticket is created. Maybe there is something wrong in the latest Update?!

 

I have not changed a setting in the Plugin Support.

Put in a ticket and luis will give you a file.

Was this a new feature in an update to specify if ticket replies could have an email sent out to alert the admin / users?
