yetanothervictim
Guys I had to purchase a dedicated server in haste and did so. It has TCAdmin installed and I can install game instances fine. I assumed I would get some help setting this up from the provider but missed the fine print stating it was unmanaged. Thats fine but as I am more used to options in the Admin version as opposed to the User version I am at a loss. I attached a pic of the icon where I am stuck. Basically the servers are running but after clicking that it shows no results. I confess I was not ready for this but ideas, help or links to helpful resources would be appreciated. Also I considered ordering the master server monthly here but am not sure if that would benefit me in any way. I am a somewhat intelligent man but wasn't quite fully prepared for this. Ideas? DougK94
Did you get your server form one of the providers listed at http://www.tcadmin.com/dedicated.php? I am not 100% sure as to what you are asking. Do you have a TCAdmin remote, or a TCAdmin Master? Did your provider install TCAdmin or did you? If they installed it, they should at least be offering support for basic TCAdmin functionality if they installed it. Are you using your game files and configs or your provider's? This button, depending on the game itself, should show a screen with the users connected to the server and possibly a way to issue RCON commands. What do you get when you go to this page? adamnp
Sounds like the install wasn't done properly, did your provider do the initial TCAdmin install, or did you do it yourself? If your provider did the install, I would imagine they should be listed on the approved providers page that Doug listed above, and if they are there they should help you get up to speed. Try to explain yourself a bit better, and show a full screenshot as opposed to an icon of the problem you are at. Cheers, hope we can be of assistance. -Adam
