gemcneill
Hey guys I just found out about this for the client +fullproc This allows all cores to be used for the client. Made a difference on my game play, but I was wondering if this works for the server as well. I added it to the command line and it started but I am not sure if it is making a difference for the better or worse. Doe anyone have any experience with this? Anubis1055
2 questions are you running that in the command line or server.cfg for your COD4 server? are you running that in the command line or a config file for your COD4 client?
gemcneill
It is a client setting, however it works in the command line of the game server. I tried a fake command +abc123 and the server would not start. However with this command it does start, but I cant tell if it is using multiple cores or not. Anyone have any way I can look in the task manager to see what cores its running on so I can test with and with out the command line?
nhouck
Try using ProcessExplorer (google it) I think? if you click the process in the list you will be able to see the sub threads of the game, and which core they are running on. But don't quote me on that.
