Need help with auto Creation Setup

Hey all iam trying to get my WHMCS to auto setup the server but iam running into one problem i keep getting this error

 

Module Command Error

An unknown error occured while connecting

 

 

 

If someone has any idea on how to get this working iam willing to pay some $$ to get this working

Server Command Success

Account Created Successfully

 

 

But nothing happens on my dedicated server i dropped back to WHMCS 3.6.1 as i was reading a few ppl said after that version tcadmin module dosnt work well i got this far but i cant see nothing happening on my server

 

 

any ideas ?
