VicToMeyeZR
Yeah, I have problems with my remote on a 32 bit windows also.... Can't delete any servers, and I get the red box of death everytime I view a user with a server on that box..
theaer
our box is running 64bit windows 2003 standard, if that helps. (ours being the one spitfire is referring to)
VicToMeyeZR
first off, you don't need port 8888 to get to TCA.. you should set up your IIS to just use standard 80 port to get to TCA... I am not sure how you installed it, but it apears it is wrong. I would open a support ticket and ask them to check your install..
DougK94
Port 8888 is used by tcadmin to communicate with remote servers. Your TCAdmin website should be set to port 80 or any other unused port.
theaer
-Sorry- We are using port 8181, that was a typo. I've alternatively used port 80 with the same error.
DougK94
I would guess that IIS is not pointing to the correct location. Open a support ticket and they should have is resolved very quickly.
