Riodan
Here's the deal: Recently, one of my partners found out that a friend of his, plays Nascar Racing 2003. So, I was suddenly designated as the server guy for the title. So, I managed to get it installed on the box, got it imported into tcadmin and ready to roll. However, after installing a server through TCAdmin and attempting to run it, it was discovered that the server was not posting on sierra.com list server and could not be accessed. So, here's what I did. Using remote desktop, I logged into our box, clicked on the server.exe and set it up with GDI, connected using the username and password I created for the server, and wham bam, thank you ma'am, the server showed up and could be played just fine. By doing this, I was testing to make sure the installation would in fact work and it did. So, the question is: Why isn't the server loading up and posting using TCAdmin? nhouck
Is it throwing an error in the server log? First you need to be able to run the server from a command line, using a .bat file. Once you get that working properly, you can setup TCAdmin using the command line from the .bat file.
