A pc issue...need some opinions

Ok well i know alot about computers but this is kicking my butt! I have a pc that i built that has been acting up lately a good bit any ways its freezing up randomly when going to play games or run photoshop and dreamweaver an say a few other thing at the same time. I have ruled out the RAM an changed it out with some new sticks. hers is a list of what i have........

any help would be thankful

could be the memory controller on the mobo. or even your psu will cause this. Going by your "STANDARD CASE POWER SUPPLY" I would try replacing the psu first with a higher quality one.
