hldsupdatetool - new Remote monitor

We have a second remote monitor running and hosting game services.

 

However, the hldsupdatetool link opens a window and then reports it cannot open the web page.

The URL looks like this:

 

http://tcadmin.webserver.foo/Templates/Default/hldsupdatetool.aspx?serviceid=TC123bunchonumbersforthegameservice

 

What I get on a game service on the other remote monitor ends up like this:

http://remote1.foo:81/WBGBUNCHOFLETTERSYAY

Which has that black window showing the results of a Steam Update.

 

The firewall is off. I restarted both the remote monitor and the master monitor, no dice.

 

I dropped the hldsupdatetool files into the monitor folder, but I think it is dying before this since I pulled them from "remote1" and it still gave me the black window and expectedly complained that it could not find hldsupdatetool.

 

Ideas?
