Server Not Responding

can some one please help me. ok i have tcadmin setup on my server and it keeps emailing me saying server not responding but when i check the server its working fine. also is there a way i can change the slots branding and other things without geting an email saying some thing has changed on the servers i edited? i dont want to remove the sending of emails as i need that. if any one could help that would be grate

I would say iether your server querie is set wrong in tcadmin, or the port the server queries on is being blocked by a firewall.

As far as I know there is no admin ability to change monitored stuff, without being notified. TcAdmin simply monitors whether it changes, not who changed it.

cant be the port as its only one server out of 6 im having trouble with. or maybe it can i dont know. any other advice?

Funny you should say that i have one server out of 150 same game servers it tells me they have changed there slot size, so i take a look and , tcadmin is telling porkies

the server that is saying slot size has change and branding removed has changed and removed by me but thats because they paid more money for more slots.
