FTP can't handle multiple transfers

I'm having a small issue where the TCAdmin FTP server seems unable to handle multiple connections from the same IP/user. For instance, when uploading an addon it often comes with lots of smaller files so it's beneficial to make more connections to the server to get it uploaded faster.

 

However, and i've seen this on multiple TCAdmin FTP servers, when using multiple connections it will work fine and then start sending code 550 (The system cannot find the file specified) or simply time out.

 

It seems to especially dislike dll files, but i've seen it happen with many other files too. I tried adjusting the buffer from it's default 65000 bytes all the way to 9,000,000 bytes and restarted the monitor but no difference.

 

Setting my FTP client (FileZilla) to just one connection means it does not fail, but makes the overall transfer time much slower.

 

Any ideas on solving this, or have you experienced this yourself?
