Left 4 Dead custom command line

I have noticed when adding the +map custom command line in l4d it does nothing. Like by default it is +map l4d_hilltop01_farm when i create a new commandline and make +map l4d_hospital01_apartment and save. The new commandline still has the +map farm variable in there.

 

What could be causing this?

Due to the lobby nature of L4D I don't think it really cares about the +map parameter, it just gets ignored and starts on No Mercy until a lobby joins the server on whatever campaign the lobby is set to.
