Billing system problem

Hey!

 

I can create voice and game servers from the tcadmin panel but when I try to create the voice and game servers from whmcs I get a no response error. I went to the automation plugin and added the ip address and allowed it. I also did it on the master server in the servers.

 

Now in WHMCS when I add the server do I add the server ip that goes to the tcadmin panel or do I add the master server ip. My web and master server is not installed on the same system. I also selected tcadmin and put in the user name and password.

 

What ports need to be open for billing automation?

Never mind I figured it out. I checked my API Logs and found out that whmcs is sending from the servers shared ip and no the accounts dedicated ip.
