Please seriouse answers, I would poss never use this option but its like if thats causing a blue screen then some thing else could cause a blue screen from tcadmin..

I did it again stop all servers and this time was ok its 50 / 50

Which is not very reliable for me i bought this machine to swap a machine down the dc which is having problems but this seems to be having a little more trouble..

I did want to install server 2003 but could not get the raid disk for it

Not sure of the error i will have a look and update this ticket thnx

and I been noticing some BSOD around the morning time after i did it like 1-2 hours after.

My server reboots and i get a BSOD.

I think imma try not using it and see how it goes.. been happpening 2 days straight.

Well I had it several times, all of a sudden server stops responding. I restart it open the minidump and analyze it.

Cause by Tcadmin service. I contacted the support and they told me to change the version of the net framework for Tcadmin, so I did it.

After that it happened only once. Caused by the process crss.exe , and service tcadmin.

OS is : windows web server 2008 x64, remote monitor installed.

This is what you need to do:

Well I didnt want to answer before because was waiting to see if problem is solved,so after now almoste 30 days without crash looks like we get rid of problem :-) :grin:

Here is solution:

1: Make sure all your tcadmin game services are running with .net 2.0

You can check this by opening the file env.txt in each of the TCXXXXXXXXXXX folders in C:\Program Files (x86)\TCAdmin Control Panel\Monitor\Services. In the first line you will see: .NET Version=(version number)

Probably you will find some of the services runing on old version of .Net

This can be caused by changing OS or moving installed game files before server updated to 2.0 etc etc.

2.But here is how you should update old version to 2.0:

To update the ones that still use .NET 1.1 open TCAdminService.exe.config for that service in notepad. Under <configuration> add these lines:

<startup>

<supportedRuntime version="v2.0.50727" />

<supportedRuntime version="v1.1.4322" />

</startup>

Save the file. Then restart the service. You should see the version number changes to v2.0.50727.

Windows 2008 already includes .NET 2.0. On other Window versions you can install it using Windows Update. To see if you have it installed if the folder exists: c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727

There you go and yes I am talking here about WIN web server 2008 and I hope this will help to somone ;)

Big thx to Luis sorting this out with us.:rolleyes:
