importing clients from tacadmin into WHMCS for billing to start working?

as title realy i have WHMCS working for new registrations creates useres and servers fine.

 

but i have some people already in tcadmin is there any way i can import them into WHMCS so that billing and suspend items start working?

 

or do i have to create all users again?

Unless the clients were setup with the WHMCS API originally it wouldn't work properly.

they were all setup manually in tcadmin i didn't have WHMCS when i did it. They do all have unique billing I'D's etc though or does that not matter. Recreate the accounts?

I did it and it was so bad that I had to add each customer manually.

You can get with support over at WHMCS and have them build a custom script to import your clients if you want to go that route.
