jcroom
I believe you need to submit a sitemap to google. (Not 100% sure though)

Defcon|Rich
The listing is added automatically by google. I don't believe there is a way to add the listing yourself.
Todd Holley
I noticed that most of the sites that had sublinks had all their links as plain text on the very bottom of the page, I have since done this. I have also updated my sitemap. Hopefully this will work

KingJ
We've had a sitemap listing the entire site with Google for ages, it's great for getting listed and having all your pages regularly crawled, but sadly it does not enable these additional links. HGN-Daniel
Google will automatically determine which pages are worthy of being "sitelinks" based on their algorithm -- so like other people have said, there's no way to set them yourself. However, once Google does give you site links for a specific keyword or phrase (usually your company name), you can remove links from the set via the Google Webmaster interface (assuming you've already verified yourself as the owner). Defcon|Rich
If I remember reading correctly links can be removed but only google can add what they see fit, Correct?
HGN-Daniel
If I remember reading correctly links can be removed but only google can add what they see fit, Correct? Correct, plus the process is automated so there's no real way to get the system to add a link besides having a proper website structure.
Todd Holley
Thank you for your input edit: Just realized they don't allow you to have subdomains in your site map =\
