Command Line help!!

Ok i am running windows 2008. I need a way to keep my cs servers at 1000fps i tried the 6 things to put in the server config.

 

sys_ticrate 550

sv_timeout 90

max_fps 550

sv_maxrate 25000

sv_minrate 4500

sv_maxupdaterate 101

 

that didnt raise it above 70.00FPS

 

then i edited command line to

 

-console -game cstrike +ip %serverip% -port %serverport% +maxplayers %slots% -sys_ticrate 550 +max_fps 500 +exec server.cfg +map de_dust2

 

this still didnt move the fps above 70.00.

 

and HPET is enabled on the box.

 

whats wrong?

rcon stats

 

"stats" or "net_graph 3" are client commands. You will only see Your fps and not the server FPS.
