FTP server starting on wrong ip

We've gotten TCAdmin installed (on our dedicated server for our clan, running windows 2003 R2) here is what it says when starting monitor in console mode.

"Starting Services...

Starting FTP Server on 0.0.0.0:21 with FTP root C:\program files\tcadmin control panel\monitor\FTP root

3/26/2009 10:18:13 am: Error while starting FTP server: only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted.

Starting game server monitor...

Game server monitor has been started.

Starting the system monitor...

System monitoring has been disabled in your configuration. System monitor has been started.

Master server started on --- shows my internal IP ---

Checking license...

Finished checking license..."

:(:(

I've added the ports 8888, 8881-8885 to the windows exception list (firewall) and instructed the datacenter to open the same ports for their router and firewall. I also asked the dc to open 3306 b/c while setting it up I saw that port.

While setting up tcadmin, the auto detect for the ip detected our internal ip instead of our live ip. And we were unable to change it to our live ip.

I'm wondering if I've not opened a port correctly or need to have the datacenter open something differently??

Any Suggestions or help, thanks in advance:)

I am was having the exact same problems... I also was having problems when trying to restart a game server. So I tried to restart the monitor service and it would not end. Then after restarting I got a machine restart about every 15 minutes. The ftp problem was due to the windows ftp service starting automatically (this was disabled so I don't know what happened). After disabling the windows service the machine has performed regularly. And the problem with the restarting game servers, although unrelated, has stopped as well.
