Client wants server

I have a client here an-s who wants a server,

 

CS:S

20 slots.

tickrate: 100

Will install the mods for him, "just sever set up an install of mods"

or if they have a pre-installed mod server like jail, gungame. rpg, wow

"i want on tonight though"

 

Limit: no more then 30 a month

Who wants him?
