Request - List Users with no Billing ID

Wondering if someone can write something quick that will echo the names of users that don't have a billing ID.

Got it. For anyone that needs, run

 

use dbname;

SELECT USER_ID FROM tc_users WHERE BILLING_ID="" AND TYPE=1;

 

on the MySQL command line client.

I guess this would be possible with a bit of SQL, now I can locate all those users who have services before I linked TCA with the billing panel and haven't paid since! Thanks

You could always set them up a billing account in hope that they would continue to pay for their services

I could, but judging by the number of players on their server over the last 30 days i'd say that's unlikely.

 

However, one person did email me to say they could no longer log in, when I told them they hadn't paid for 6 months, they went very silent.

 

There where only a few accounts from my initial testing of TCA with a few users, before I launched it with WHMCS.
