tcadmin not accepting

ok everytime a new order is placed i get an e-mail of this

any ideas?

You need to link WHMCS to the full location of billingapi.aspx located in your TCAdmin directory.

 

You also need to configure variables in accordance to TCAdmin and WHMCS. I'd recommend reading the manual.
