Just wondering how many servers between CS and CSS at 66 tick 256 FPS maybe a few 512 FPS servers aswell

You be able get 30 on there or more. I got one of those boxes and I had about 18 cod4 20slot servers running, and only using about 6.5gb of ram.

 

But if I was you I would upgrade to atlest 16gb of ram.
