I have looked all all the SVN posts, and apparently no one wants to share their solution. I will post what I have found so far. I suggest that you get this program

Once installed its easy from a RDP to install SVN's users request. Just create the folder in their addons , then righ click on it and do check out then paste in the link and it will start. Now you would think it would be easy to create some type of batch file that could do this automatically, but there is one hang up. You have to press ok. Until the ok button is pressed nothing happens. I have looked through the command line setup for this program and found nothing that can get around this. Now it would be awesome if someone could figure out how to add a custom link to do this so a customer can put in the info and press ok and it would work. I am not sure if this is possible or not. Please do not let this post die with, well I know how to do it but I am not sharing. There are several posts like this.
