File upload and download

Hello all

First of let me just day im very new to tc admin and i would like a little help if you dont mind.

My problem is i cant seem to allow file upload and download in tc admin its self we are having to use a stand alone program.

Use the FTP Accounts in TC and create an account on that particular machine.
