l4d server tca shows as not responding - weird issue

hello

 

i run a few l4d servers and run fine, a recent server is having issues;

 

the server page shows "No results were returned." most of the time and tca auto restarts the server, i have altered the test if running to 40 secs and still the same problems and to 9999 also, just auto restarts within 5 min of people playing

 

i altered a gamserver port and tested status page and l4d serer showed as running, but 5 secs after and all times after that it shows as "No results were returned."

all the time its showing as not responding, there is actually people on the server and showing as running fine via hlsw

 

i have tried a new master image

i have tried deleting the ports and readding on the firewall

i have tried deleting all files and copying over files from a working server, just altering rcon and hostname

 

then it gets even worse;

I have a techs server thats been running for months and used all the time, so i then altered the server to clients user, and just altered hostname and rcon,

restarted, tested and now this server has same problems, tca sees as not responding and within 5 mins the server is auto restarted.

 

anyone any ideas or had this issue

 

edit-i have created support ticket to tca, they logged in, looked at the gameserver and couldnt see any issues with it (should be working)
