cod5 server variables and commands

hello i just got a cod: world at war server and i was wondering what most people have on there servers such as any admin mods or anything like that or do most people just use rcon to kick,ban,change maps, etc..

 

i did install the Open Warfare 1.6.0 Beta 4 on there but that takes forever to download in game and i would like to avoid people (and myself) from downloading files and such from my server.

 

also if anybody knows of any website that gives details about every server variable and client commands for cod5 please let me know, that would be so much help!

 

im very new with cod5 servers so any info would be greatly appreciated!

also if any1 can hook it up with a server.cfg would be great also.
