dimitrifrom31 Posted July 8, 2009 Share Posted July 8, 2009 I just finished formatting and reinstalling everything on one of my machines, had to reinstall game servers 1 by 1 to recreate the services but now my users got no FTP access anymore. When they try to connect it just says 500 No services are configured for user 'XXX'. I tried logging with their account, same error. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dimitrifrom31 Posted July 8, 2009 Author Share Posted July 8, 2009 I also opened a TCA support ticket for this error cuz ofc it took me whole day to reinstall everything and I had tons of support tickets for the down time and now servers are back im having tons of support tickets for the ftp access. dimitrifrom31 Posted July 8, 2009 Author Share Posted July 8, 2009 I think i know why but i dont know how to fix. When I reinstaleld I moved Userfiles from E:/ to D:/ cuz I mounted drives in raid. When trying to access file manager it says File Manager: Could not find a part of the path "E:\Userfiles\XXX\GameServers\TC45327018051723857408500\". the path should be "D:\Userfiles\XXX\GameServers\TC45327018051723857408500\".
