People then will not be able to install any of there mods :p

Instead, they can upload any DLL they've compiled and execute any code they want on your system. Sounds like a great mod.

There are so many bad plugins out there already that let you execute code on the server and it would be simple to develop one.

We prohibit DLL uploads and add approved mods, such as MetaMod, SourceMod etc to the mod installer. It's a bit of work to setup, but i'd rather have it this way than some kid executing commands on my server. Remember that TCA and servers run under a privileged account and have access to a lot of system privileges.

Hi,

How do i take restrictions off, people cant install like paintballing or zombiemod (official)

You have to remove the restriction within the File Manager/FTP Server plugin settings located at Admin Home > System Settings > Plugins, however I would reccomend against it. I know it may be a pain, but I would suggest downloading the mod from the source, scan it with a good antivirus and create the mod package for the proper game.

The reason for this is mentioned above as well as in other posts in these forums.
