Bob the Builder Posted August 17, 2009 Share Posted August 17, 2009 I bought a monthly lisence of TCAdmin about a month ago, but I can't log into the client panel. It says my email does not exist, however I have the email chain to prove that I did purchase it. I have already tried submitting this question through the pre-sales question box on the website, and haven't gotten a response in over a week. I also emailed you guys several times, and no responses. You need to get your support team working better, because I am supposed to be providing services to my Clients right now, but I am stuck with my hands tied behind my back because I need the WHMCS module, and I can't get it.
