Also i installed the TCadmin,all works perfect,but when i try to login then i get thease error:

Start > Run > services.msc

 

Check if it's running, if not, right click and start the service.

 

What errors are you getting? You'll need to be a bit more precise.

Vista may be the issue, genuinely you should look into switching the OS to a server OS, ideally.

also i installed Win Xp,i installed all stuf and now config, when i try to make a site on my ip , and on 8080 port, then it says: lalala website is existing on that ip laalalalalla...but i see no website at this ip , and it says it will not work ...
