reinstalled but can't connect to cpanel

I just reinstalled everything but when I try and connect I get the error

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

 

Any ideas? I am stuck.

Seriously I have tried everything I can think of and have a lot of people that want their gameservers back and I can't even get the cpanel to show up? I have never done this part before so ANY help or ideas would be awesome

firewall settings, IIS configured and running, DNS configured and running, .NET installed and set to use the correct version...

Might I suggest a ticket as we could be on the forums all day with the little bit of info presented.

I did put in a ticket, but did this as I hadn't received an answer. The tech guy who normally does this is active duty military and deployed and is not available to ask this stuff unfortunately, so I am doing my best with my limited knowledge.

 

firewall settings is up - any ports I need to open?

IIS configured and running - yes and I show the web page in it

DNS configured and running - believe so .. not 100% positive

.NET installed - 1.1 is installed and running (not 2.0 as I need BF2CC to run)

Last time I had a problem like this is was either ASP.net not setup right or the wrong .NET Framework. Can't remember which one was the fix.

Put a ticket into TCAdmin support if you can't get it, they will know.

If you are using 64-bit Windows then you must run .bat from tcadmin installation folder.
