Admin-Nation-Servers
Hi guys. I am wondering what CC gateways you companies use? Thanks.
Derek
Authorize.net for gateway then you need to find a merchent that is willing to accept high risk accounts.
studeggle
Bluepay
proclan
Paypal Payments Pro is a good one to use. You have to be in the US but it is cheaper than Authorize.net and you don't need a merchant gateway account. If your looking for a merchant account I use Merchantplus and they have there own gateway. Defcon|Rich
Authorize.net for gateway then you need to find a merchent that is willing to accept high risk accounts. Perhaps your account is high risk but in general a GSP wouldn't be classified as high risk.
trancemode
was looking into cdgcommerce, but i also saw the paypal pro. looks more interesting than finding a merchant + gateway. 2checkout requires ton of information =/ but htey accept paypal now too. never tried bluepay, how is it? fee and support wise? studeggle
I have been fairly pleased with there support, I find there fees to be fairly comperable to others. When it comes to fees I think its best to just get some quotes and then look at your own purchase history to decide what suits you best. The one downside I've had with them is they are very strict about norms, so refused to let me run non-normal amounts on a card even though I personally knew the individual and had access to the card and was therefore certian there was no fraud. proclan
Perhaps your account is high risk but in general a GSP wouldn't be classified as high risk. If you add Web Hosting to your products then you will be considered High Risk! but you could leave that little part out hehe
studeggle
We provide web hosting but are not considered high risk, for Bluepay it comes down to the fraud prevention methods you have place.

You can be in Canada to use PayPal Payments Pro. As we just dumped authorize.net / payovation to use paypal payments pro. Only downside they only accept Visa / Mastercard and not Amercian Express / Discover or w/e its called.
