Automation fails? Whitelisted IP is wrong?

I am thoroughly confused. I was trying to finish setting up the automation, and I made a demouser to test it, and it says...

 

10/15/2009 6:58:46 PM : 204.12.198.90: Access is denied to ip 204.12.198.90. Add it to the allowed list in your billing api configuration.

 

I have my domain in the allow list, and I pinged it and its IP is 204.12.198.91 so im wondering how exactly a request is coming in from .90 has anyone else ever had this happen or have any idea why?
