Goldsource games tickrate/fps?

I havent played goldsource games since the 90s. I am just wondering what the equivalent is with them? I know with source games its generally 66tick/256fps as a based, 100tick/512fps as boosted, and so on. Im wondering what the equivalents are of those with goldsource games?

 

Also, its -systickrate for tick and what is it for fps?
