Steven Crothers Posted November 9, 2009 Share Posted November 9, 2009 I've had 2 odd problems lately with TCAdmin, mostly related to extremely complex setups. Some things that normally wouldn't be an issue for anyone else. I received ticket support in under 8 hours for each issue, even during odd hours of the night. I was also given timely responses back and forth after the initial ticket was put in by Luis directly with my setup.
