Guest louise Posted November 15, 2009 Share Posted November 15, 2009 seems like a mail server issue to me check the email account to make sure you are able to send and receive emails ok. Then check your mail server box for ports See if you can send a test email from TCA via the Mail Server Settings if not then there's your issue Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
