What exactly are the different rates/settings for CounterStrike 1.6?

I'm aware of the FPS Settings but the tick rates and what not. I know they are not the same as CSS. If someone could tell me the diffrent rates and the commands. I would greatly appreciate it.

As well as the Server.CFG Commands Too, That would be nice.

im pretty sure u can find a cfg browsing the forums else u got tons on google, would actually have been faster searching than creating that thread
