cod2 lag

I have a customer complaining that the cod2 server is laggy, I join and do hit small lag spikes although nothing unreasonable for streaming on aim also on a dsl line. anyway to optimize cod2 to make it lag free or anything? the load on the server is not anything really.

Quite often the lag is caused by the punkbuster configuration. Take a look at some of the PB websites for an idea on optimizing it.

4.06 sounds like a bunch of screenshots.

 

I know huge amounts of screenshots will often times give a user lag issues.

Clean up the logs and screenshots, and he'll "probably" be fine.
