Mail + FTP

Hi,

I have a problem with my ftp. It appears that when a user login, he/she can't see any files at all, neither as admin.

 

FTP error:

Then it just hangs... Strange thing is that the file manager works without problems.

 

EDIT: searched for ftp on forums and i got the solution to change the passive mode to port

 

Further more my email settings keeps saying:

Error while sending the email: 504: Command parameter not implemented.

 

No matter if i use internal or the microsoft one.

Your firewall is blocking the ports needed for passive mode. Do a Google for "FTP passive windows firewall". You should get some good results that will help solve the issue.

 

As for he email, what mail software are you using? MailEnable? IIS? Also, try a Google with your error code and software, you should find something.
