VNC and Safemode with networking.

Since I am always asking the questions, I figured for once I would give something back. I had to do some troubleshooting on a server and needed to get into safemode with networking. However didnt have an kvm, but the server was still running in normal mode and I could connect. I found this site and was able to accomplish my goals and I removed vnc after I was finished.

I used realvnc since I could not get ultra to load as a service for some reason. I had to make a minor change in the reg key they provided, but nothing too hard. I hope this helps someone else in the future.
