I think i should put a clause in all my config files i get 10% of all profit generated by the files i produce

I've never been able to get it to work with TCAdmin. Works fine if I double click the .exe .

I'm using the dedicated server package available on the forums from Ubi.

It seems to crash over and over with this error:

try running it under different users accounts

I ran it under one of the tcagroup accounts, as well as adding the user account as part of the admins group.

Did not try running it directly as the administrator account though.
