Steam UPdate not working

Trying to use the Update feature and getting the following error.

 

Starting the Steam Update...

****Don't close this window. If you close this window the update will still be executed on the server****

File does not exist: /HldsUpdateTool.exe

 

 

I have checked all the game servers and the game installs. that HLDSUPDATETOOL is there.

hldsupdatetool must be in your TCA install \ monitor folder :

 

C:\Program Files\TCA\monitor\HLDSUpdatetool.exe

When you install the monitor install it to this directory:

 

C:\Program Files\TCA\monitor\

 

not C:\Program Files\Steam\
